“you claim you don’t want a breakup affair but you keep stirring me when you cook with me.” _ message from the fish.

In the latest message received on the category Thinking Food 24/7 the fish speaks to us clarifies certain things and gives tips as well.

Dear My Cookery Zone,

Thanks for accepting my message it is an honor for me and the marine kingdom to be featured in this week’s edition of Thinking Food 24/7.

I am the pacifier whether people like to admit it or not. I break that bridge between wanting something expensive or less expensive especially when people don’t want to eat meat because of its inflating tendencies.

Food lovers use fish for virtually everything; soups, sauces, pottages, and also in confections like fish rolls and pies which we are proud to be featured in. But, there are some situations that warrant us to clear the air.

In response to people who don’t know how to cook fish or who don’t eat fish. You claim you don’t want a breakup affair but you keep stirring me when you cook with me. The first tip for cooking a protein like me is to avoid constantly stirring.

To those who don’t like fish or eat fish because of the smell, there’s nothing you can do about the smell I emit. It has always been there and because of the nature of my habitat, it is expected I emit some odor before I am killed, cleaned, and cooked. Second tip Lemon juice can be of great help when cleaning before cooking.

The Marine Kingdom is welcoming to everyone and we don’t turn people away because of their utterances toward us. Thanks, My Cookery Zone for all you do.
