Moe Cason, Eden Hagos, Rico Torres & Diego Galicia are scheduled as masterclass speakers at GTCO Food and Drink Festival 2022.

In anticipation of the GTCO food and drink Festival set to hold between 30th April, 1st, and 2nd of May 2022. The lineup of speakers and chefs for the 2022 masterclass has been announced.



My Cookery Zone gathered that the GTCO Food and Drink masterclass will feature Rico Torres & Diego Galicia, Eden Hagos, and Moe Cason.



Rico Torres & Diego Galicia

The duos are Mexican chefs and co-owners of Mixtli in San Antonio, where they specialize in showcasing the diverse flavors of Mexican cuisine.

Eden Hagos

Is a food blogger, writer, and the founder of the media platform black foodie.

Marlando “Moe” Cason is a pitmaster, and reality star dedicated to the craft of BBQ. He is the founder of Ponderosa Barbecue.
