#MCZLiveSeries : Do African ingredients allow creativity? with Ozoz Sokoh and Freda Muyambo.

In February in commemoration of Black History Month, My Cookery Zone Live Series held a discussion titled “Do African ingredients allow creativity?”.



Speaking to the guests, Ozoz Sokoh ( on Twitter Space) and Freda Muyambo (on Instagram Live) conversation stem from what we understand to be African ingredients, how well ingredients have been used and explored. Issues surrounding why it hasn’t been explored or the reason why some have become extinct in recent times all were looked into. The team lead, ÌyanuOlúwa Fágbiyè Tèmítọ́pẹ́ and Iyanuoluwa Komolafe (member) hosted the guest on Instagram and Twitter platforms respectively.
