The UK’s annual food and drink book awards, André Simon Awards, have announced the shortlisted cookbooks for the year 2021.
The award celebrating best contemporary food and drink writings have announced 11 cookbooks in total showcasing 7 “food books” and 4 “drink books”.
Andre Simons awards disclosed that “these shortlisted books celebrate the very best of contemporary food and drink writing.” Andre Simons further stated that “winners will be announced in March.”
