The city of Port Harcourt where the food and lifestyle blogger and vlogger, Daniel Ochuko, is based pride on making authentic bole and fish.

Bole and fish is a dish made from roasted ripe plantain and fish with pepper sauce. The roasted plantain and fish are usually served and eaten with sweet, spicy, and hot pepper sauce to give consumers the desired taste and flavor.

In the recipe video titled “THE PERFECT NIGERIAN BOLE AND FISH RECIPE” Daniel gave a detailed step on how the acclaimed Port Harcourt street food is made. Daniel calls it “the bole recipe of your dreams”.
