The founder and CEO of LoshesChocolate, Femi Oyedipe has spoken on scaling chocolate production in Nigeria. Speaking on Arise TV Global Business Report, Femi disclosed key areas that are involved in the ease of doing business making reference to power and access to forex.

However, when asked the difference between couverture and compound chocolate and the reason why Loshes focuses on making couverture chocolate. Femi made it known that “we preach wellness and this is part of the U.N SDG goals. We are trying to build a better community. We make premium, well-made chocolate. Chocolate that don’t have additives and preservative. This has been our agenda from inception and we don’t plan to change this.”

“Couvertures are chocolate that are premium end of the chocolate in the market, and we have the compound chocolate that is made with all the additives and so.” LoshesChocolate founder further explained.
