The Nigerian food expert and founder of 1Q Food Platter, Iquo Ukoh was featured in the latest issue of Moments an online magazine by “Africa’s leading hospitality company” Transcorp Hotels Plc.
Iquo Ukoh spoke with the hospitality magazine on her love and romance for food and how that has continued to grow over the years. She was featured on pages four and five of Moments magazine on its second issue for Q4 of 2021.
