Director of UCCA, Chef Renée Chuks receives a special recognition award at Pyne Award 2021.

Director of Umami Center for Culinary Arts(UCCA) and co-founder Aldente, Chef Renée Chuks have been awarded at the Pyne Awards 2021.



Chef Renée was awarded at the live event that took place on Sunday. She was awarded a special recognition award for excellence in the Nigerian food industry.

Renée runs a plethora of food businesses like the Umami Center for Culinary Arts school, Gluten-free Nigerian-made Pasta; Aldente, and Cecelia’s a Non-alcoholic Ginger Beer drink company.
