Benson Ekpo

Benson Ekpo is a Nigerian born, red-wine obsessed gastronomy and fine dining food writer, and luxury lifestyle curator. Benson is committed to in his resolve to bring global celebration to Nigerian ingredients which he achieves by continually championing and fighting for the Nigerian cuisine.

His love for food and keen interests in exploring several pallets has led him to travel across multiple countries to explore multiple presentations of iconic national cuisines. He has eaten at World50Best restaurants and been served by Michelin Starred chefs from across the world.

Benson is a champion of zero food waste and is always working to bring awareness to the cause. Benson is the producer and host of the yet to air Weekly Gastronomy Podcast (A new sassy podcast exploring the connections that power the entire gastronomic universe).

Currently, he is studying at the prestigious Redish Culinary Academy, to receive the Chefs Diploma in Cuisine, the highest chef standard education available in Nigeria today.

Tolulope Hassan



Tolulope Hassan is a Nigerian homemade food vendor she was born and raised in Lagos by a single father. She schooled in Lagos and Ogun state respectively.

While Tolu was studying Book Publishing in Yaba College of Technology, she was also working and learning at a local food production company in Lagos, Nigeria.
During her stay there, she developed an interest and found passion in cooking. Then she started providing food services, the compliments she got in return further geared her love and confident in her cooking ability this birthed her brand Dishes By TH.

However, asides being skilled in Book Publishing and cooking palatable meals Tolulope is also skilled in event planning. Speaking of features, Tolulope was featured on MCZ Top 100 Nigerians In The Food Industry. On October 8th, 2020 she was featured on MCZ’s Tweet Chat session where she shared opinion on the food industry and a post-pandemic future.
