GO GREEN

Green tea is reported to have variety of antioxidants and to often protect against cancer, heart disease and stroke.

DETOX WITH LEMON

Lemon juice is a great flavor enhancer but when mixed with hot water it’s a good detoxifying and a healthy alternative to caffeinated drinks.

ZING WITH GINGER

A great herbal infusion to choose for an after lunch energy boost, without caffeine is ginger root / zingiber officinale. Good for digestion but also relives nausea and improves blood circulation.

GARLIC CRUSH

Garlic is scientifically proven to be great because it reduces the risk of stomach and colon cancer, helps lower blood cholesterol and reduces blood pressure.

SAUCY TOMATO

Tomato contains high level of lycopene and beta carotene proven to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer in men.
