Gina Ehikodi of Foodies and Spice, introduced food lovers to a soup from the down southern part of Nigeria called, Ofe Orioma Soup.
It is a soup made out of a blend of the orioma seeds, crayfish, aromatics and peppers. In the 9 minutes YouTube video. Gina, showed how Ofe Orioma soup is made using the an earthenware/clay pot.
