The Celebrity Mobile Kitchen, CMK, Culinary Art School, Port Harcourt hosted food lovers to a taste of unique and flavorful meals on Thursday, April 1st, 2021 in a food tasting event called #AprilFood.
It was a 4 course meal as foodies were treated to cuisines from Nigeria, India, and even Italy. The menu showcased foods like: Gnocchi (an Italian dish made with potatoes). A la Bourdain (A take on bole and fish), Chawli made with beans and topped with parsley then paired with flat bread….
Guests were welcomed in open arms by the culinary school as it saw Chef Debby, explaining to attendees everything needed to be known about the cuisines ranging from how it was prepared, cooking process, ingredients and technique used down to the origin of the different meals.
