The 2021 Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit by The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), for the food industry is said to be commencing soon.
A summit inspired by the college’s long-running Worlds of Flavor International Conference & Festival as well as Menus of Change, a joint initiative of the CIA and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Department of Nutrition. The culinary summit is a leadership conference that features dozens of chefs and food experts around the globe.
MCZ gathered that, Narda Lepes, Joe Yonan, Eric Ripert, Ozoz Sokoh, Lauren Fitzgerald, Blayne Bertoncello, Roxana Juliapat, Pierre Thiam, Matthew Kammerer and many more amazing chefs, writers, mixologists, and bakers, will grace CIA’s Plant Forward virtual stage.
However, total number of the Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit presenters is said to be 60. The live interactive Global Plant-Forward Culinary Summit will be returning to your screen, March 30-April 1, 2021.
