Judges met four contestants through food as they were tasked this week to create a meal that interprets their vision and dream for their street food business.
The first elimination show was about the judges meeting not only the contestants as they did last week but, also their food. It saw contestants (Matthias, Idris, Prince and Ogar ) from four cities Lagos, Ibadan, FCT and Calabar.
Matthias of Chop Mata, prepared Fried yam and plantain with peppered ponmo and bonga fish sauce
Idris of Alapata Express, made Meatylicious and Veggilicious Asun.
Ogar of Ogar’s Kitchen, made a Stir-fried noodles, potato fritters with shredded chicken and egg
Chef Prince of Sodrie Cafe, made a Chinese Special Rice.
