Red Dish Chronicles (RDC), 2020/2021 batch of Professional Diploma in Cuisine students will be taking guests and their palate on a trip around the world.
This is a pop-up restaurant set aside to threat guests with a 3-course meal & drinks — taking them to the length and breadth of the world in just few hours with the absolute best fine dining experience your palate craves for.
However, MCZ gathered that, every item that would be served were “all made by the student chefs.” The journey around the world is set to hold on Sunday the 21st of February, 2021 at the Lagos school in Gbagada.
