Renowned food blogger and writer, Ozoz Sokoh has unveiled a new project aimed at celebrating culinary heritage.
‘Feast Afrique‘ as it is called is a digital library it is a project she started 7-8months ago. Feast Afrique is a celebration of West African culinary heritage curated by Ozoz Sokoh – The Kitchen Butterfly.
The site contains digital booklet from West Africa, Caribbean, African American books for food enthusiast — keen on broadening their knowledge on food culture and what have you.
My Cookery Zone is a platform where food lovers can read up on food related articles. This initiative started in 2013, an idea to tell food stories not forgetting the people behind the exquisite cuisine and this hasn't changed.
