#YCO2021 ¦ A chef olympiad set to bring the world together virtually.

World’s Biggest Olympiad for Culinary Students is back with its 7th edition. A food competition that started in 2015 and has ever since been a uniting force for culinary inclined individuals across 50+ countries.

Young Chef Olympiad #YCO is back, bigger and better.

A competition championed by the International Institute Of Hotel Management (IIHM) and International Hospitality Council London (IHC), is set to move the culinary industry forward using the virtual model which was adopted because of the pandemic that hit the globe in the year 2020.

However, recall that, YCO, announced the theme “Forward Together” earlier in the year. The new normal will play a major role in uniting over 50+ countries around the world without the exempt of — chefs, adjudicators and food critique to make the World’s Biggest Culinary Extravaganza a reality.

YCO says, they “are back with connecting the world once again”. The 7th International Young Chef Olympiad is slated to begin January 28th – February 2nd, 2021.
