Nigerian Food Industry says #EndSARS

The food industry in Nigeria has lend it’s voice to the current protest by the citizens calling on the Federal Government to put an end to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, which has for long been a menace to the Nigerian citizens.

SARS, a unit under the Nigerian Police meant to protect the citizens but rather has resulted to harassing, extorting and killing those who they’re meant to protect.

Many of these food experts had stories to share about the brutality experienced and caused by the SARS operatives which they shared via their social media platforms.

The food industry stands with Nigerians at this point in time and is demanding that the Federal Government puts an end to SARS as a unit of the Nigerian Police Force.
