Urban Kitchen Show set to begin season 4.

The culinary show aimed at showcasing and teaching Africans how to make African meals on a budget is back with a fresh new season.

Prior to now, Urban Kitchen has been promoting and

also offering the rest of the world a fresh perspective to African cuisine by featuring seasoned chefs of African origin. The new season was ‘unlocked’ hours ago and the rules of engagement have been released:

According to Urban Kitchen, “rules are changed periodically” however,

“To be on the show, here are the RULES:

1. Follow @urbankitchenshow

2. Make a one minute video of yourself in any market showing your negotiation skills

3. Submit your video and your IG handle to satetvshows@gmail.com

4. Get people to LIKE your Video when posted on #URBANKITCHENSHOW page

The video with the highest number of LIKES for the week gets invited.
