#MCZCUISINE |  Sisi Yemmie’s Banga soup with Catfish.

Sisi served us some bubbling Banga soup on 28th August, 2020 on her channel SisiYemmie TV. Banga soup is a native soup made from freshly squeezed palm nut extract, however, some use the paste in some cases which all depends on what your preference are. This extract is aided with the addition of a combination of Spice blend called

Banga Spice and Banga Stick that gives it the umami flavour when it comes to taste.

In Delta state, this cuisine isn’t complete without the Native Clay Pot / Plate used in serving and completing the cooking action. In the recipe, Sisi Yemmie made use of fresh and smoked Catfish, fresh Palm nut extract (where she took food lovers through the extracting process) amongst other ingredients.

To see the technique behind this great cuisine kindly, head on straight to her YouTube channel to check it out. Enjoy!
