#OnTheMenuNow features over 30 Black food and beverage company owners in a discussion aimed at magnifying Black-owned business.

On The Menu Now is a “voice power awareness” program inspired by Share The Mic Now. The awareness featured key stakeholders (leaders of Union Square Hospitality Group, Coolhaus, Pipcorn, and 30+ other amazing food, beverage, and hospitality companies) in food and beverage industry.

The discussion is aimed to magnify Black-owned businesses to catalyze equity in the food and beverage industry. It focused on “stories and . Conversations and understanding power action. Committed and sustained action power change. Secret sauce —truth, authenticity, and transparency.”

Participants discussed on matters surrounding food, business, race, and equity. All these were treated ‘but not limited to, access to job opportunities, media coverage, shelf space, and capital as well as managing the pandemic.’
