Renowned food writer, Sabrina Medora speak at Producer Marketing Association Day 2.

Sabrina Medora, was the key-note speaker today at the Producer Marketing Association (PMA) annual global (virtual) conference. PMA is “focusing on sustainability of our food supply chains, strengthening relationships between

chefs and farmers, creating fair and nurturing workspaces, and the evolution of the restaurant industry in light of COVID-19.”

The Un-plated founder, at (3:50PM – 4:10PM ET) discussed “Delivery Apps: Friend or Foe?” with Laura Hayes , King David and Nick Kokonas.

The goal according to PMA, “is to bridge the gap between producers, vendors, farmers, and restaurateurs, revitalizing our foodservice industry as we look to the future.”
