Fafa Gilbert, April Jackson, Alejandra Ramos, and Amanda Yee to speak at Black Book 2020 Webinar

The Black Book is “a global representation platform for black and non-white people within the hospitality and food media.” The community organization, Black Book, will be discussing “De-colonising the food industry” focusing majorly on cookery shows both broadcast and online.

However, the discussion will feature: Fafa Gilbert , Amanda Yee , April Jackson , Alejandra Ramos , and hosts Zoe Adjonyon , Anna Sulan Masing, Eileen Twum and Fozia Ismail.

Black Book is slated to hold Sunday 12th July 9am EST / 2pm BST.
