Amazing food personalities will be judging food creations at the #SCAFCookOff competition organized by, SCAF, a non-govermental organization focused on creating awareness on Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and ensuring that SCD warriors get access to quality health care.
The three selected judges (Yemisi Odusanya (Sisi Yemmie), Abiola Akanji (Chef Stone) & Ozoz Sokoh) will be using their wealth of of experience in food creation to judge the entries.
According to @scafnigeria , Here’s what you need to do to participate
” 1. Upload a video on instagram not exceeding 5 minutes showing you cooking a healthy/immune boosting meal fit for a Sickle cell warrior made with Pasta.
2. Tag us @scafnigeria and include the hashtag #SCAFCookOff.
3. Send a copy of the video to our email scafnigeria@yahoo.com.
The submissions will be screened by our celebrity judges who will be revealed soon.
Please note the following:
* The compulsory ingredient is Pasta *Your video should show the ingredients, the process of you cooking the meal as well as the plating of the meal. * Incude a photo of the final plated food on your post and email in addition to the video. * Submissions starts 15th June and closes at midnight 19th June 2020. (Deadline which has now been moved from 19th — 25th June)
* Competition is open to all except SCAF executives and their immediate families

Winners will be rewarded with a sponsored cash prize of N100,000, N50,000 & N30,000 as they emerge in first, second and third place.
