It has granted and created opportunities for Chefs, Food and drinks vendors to celebrate, showcase products, services and skills to those seeking culinary excellence, adventures and business opportunities as they explore local and international cuisines.
This year, at the “Food In The City” edition, we will be Chronicling the evolution of food cultures over the years by focusing on Organisations and Delicacies that characterized the eating and dining habits of the City through Documentaries, Exhibitions, Cooking Contests and Games.
We will also have an Award Ceremony to honour some Old and New successful Food businesses in the City…
