Heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua considers taking out Pounded yam from his diet

Heavyweight champion and British Nigerian boxer, Anthony Joshua, in a recent post on his instastory is considering dropping Pounded yam towards the upcoming rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. as many foodies know pounded yam and Egusi soup is Anthony’s favorite meal.

In the post shared he showed different dishes and posted a picture of himself pondering whether or not to readjust his diet. He later disclosed in another post that he’s considering dropping Pounded Yam.

Recall that Andy Ruiz Jr. knocked down Joshua four times before the underdog Ruiz was awarded a technical knockout at the Madison Square Garden on Saturday, June 1, 2019. Now a rematch has been confirmed to take place in November or December with the venue yet to be announced.
