It was a terrific Tuesday at the GT centre located at Water Corporation Drive Oniru Victoria Island Lagos. As food and drink vendors were exhibiting, the farmers market wasn’t left out , so also the masterclass facilitators and attendees had a swell time at the GTBank Food And Drink Festival.
Masterclasses for day 3 started at 5pm and attendees were taken to Ghana from Nigeria then to the United Kingdom what a confluence of food culture if I may add.
Chef Kinorah Awini founder of Telande World took us on the ride and it was all about infusing the natural spices and herbs.

She treated the topic “Creating Evergreen Content for Food” she treated this topic by interacting and having a live cooking session with the audience during her Masterclass she made a foodsome dish of “Lemon grass with fish and Alfredo sauce and Zobo pasta”.
Kinor emphasize and advised foodies to keep on putting African cuisines on the world map.
Britain’s chief chocolate expert and founder of London Chocolate Forum, Angus Kennedy was up next for the second Masterclass.

It was an engaging session as he rubbed minds with the audience and delibrated on the topic: “Living the Dream With Chocolate”.
His Masterclass started at about 6:15pm (WAT) . Angus Kennedy motivated attendees to make their wildest dreams come true. Here are some of the Key points renowned chocolate expert Angus Kennedy shared during his Masterclass at the GTBank Food And Drink Festival Day 3!
