Chef Fregz took to his page to share the exciting news.

from @chef_fregz -Eight years ago this month I was settling into my tiny studio in Rue Mouffetard and exploring the awe of Paris and itching to start @lecordonbleuparis I was just grateful to remotely live my dream. .
Eight years later I’m in a dream that I cannot believe I am living in. .
In the history of the @dubaifoodfest being the First African Chef is humbling and humbling. I told @navhifode “You know say na Jollof Rice them say make we come cook?”
Having everyone watch and taste and eat spicy Jollof (Dubai ata todo is different yo!) and say it was good and clear their plates and eat suya rib eye was excellent!
.
@visit.dubai @mydubai Thank for recognizing us and showing us a Dubai we never thought existed! .
Still more about the journey and time here to come! “
