#YCO2019 | highlights from the opening ceremony of International Young Chef Olympiad (videos/photos)

Opening ceremony of the 5th edition of the world’s biggest culinary competition has kicked off in India. The opening ceremony which held yesterday 28th January, 2019 in Dr. Sarvapalli Auditorium in New Delhi.

The opening ceremony was filled with lots of activities; the gathering was addressed by Dr. Suborno Bose (Chairman YCO global Council, Co-chairman, CEO International Hospitality Council also the Founder and Chief Mentor of IIHM) and His Excellency Mr Chutintorn Sam Gongsakdi ( Ambassador of Thailand to India).

The opening ceremony was an avenue for the different countries represented to fly their flags, chef mentors and judges get to take the oat also the trophy for 2019 was unveiled among other things.

The opening ceremony was graced with lots of displays and performances from dancers and music groups.
