The director of Umami Center for culinary arts, Chef Renee Chuks, will be speaking at #Talkoverfood3.0

Meet Chef Renee Chuks Director, Umami Centre for Culinary Arts @uccalagos . Chef Renee graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2011, after which she came back to Nigeria to work in different capacities as a Chef with A-list hotels in Nigeria.

Chef Renee has over 7 years of experience in executive chef capacity with Trasco group owners of some of the best resorts and restaurants in Lagos, she’s appeared on top culinary shows as well as headlining food festivals and consulting for top food brands.

Her passion for excellence and the gap in quality culinary education in Nigeria led to to the launch of UCCA Lagos. She’s taking global standard, safety and hygiene training to the next level through consultation and training for corporate organizations. She sure knows about food venture financing having gained a certificate from the prestigious Food Business School.

Chef Renee would also be judging the 10 Finalist at the #nxtfoodpreneur pitchday at the SMWLAGOS.
