Olusola Oyawale is a Business Process and Organizational Development professional, he holds a B.Eng. (Civil Engineering) from the Federal University of Technology Akure, MBA from Edinburgh
Business School Herriot Watt University, Scotland.
With a significant part of his career in Business Consulting, he has over the years – whether in worked on projects in Nigeria, countries within the West Coast and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining @farmcrowdyng (Nigeria’s First Digital Agriculture Platform)) in 2018 as VP Investments & Corporate Governance and currently as VP Corporate Development & Partnerships; he had
served in three previous capacities as Chief Operating Officer with a Conglomerate, an
International Business Consulting/Project Management entity and a Funds Management entity –
Alternative Capital Partners as an Advisory and independent alternative wealth management entity with focus in the areas of providing specialist investment avenues, financial advisory for corporate entities in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business unbundling & restructuring, private capital raising/placements, deal structuring and asset/mortgage backed securitization).
