Founder of Pastry Boy Ng, Anjola Awosika is back with another street food documentary where he recently shared the story of a suya seller named Abubakar
a creative Suya vendor on McNeil road, Sabo Yaba in Lagos Nigeria.
Suya is a popular yaji spiced, roasted sheet of meat which is preferable sold with onions, cabbage and other types of vegetables and wrapped in old newspapers. It is sold at anytime of the day.
