Tarragon, owned by Chef Tiyan Alile has won the Luxury Restaurant Awards 2018
Is an in-house restaurant at Culinary Academy Nigeria, led by Chef Patron @tiyanalile. The menu exemplifies fundamental French and Nigerian techniques which have been redefined to suit modern palates and epitomises the creativity which Chef Tiyan encourages her students to assume. Tarragon serves as a hands-on training facility for aspiring chefs, waiters and service staff as the training approach involves immersion in a real world experience which serves as a springboard to career paths. The quality of service at the restaurant is never compromised as the students are tutored by the industries’ finest.
The award ceremony held yesterday at Galgorm resort and spa Paris. Tarragon restaurant was awarded in two categories regional and continent for (Fine Dinning Cuisine) and ( Best Food Styling and Presentation) respectively.
