The auditions for the Knorr Taste Quest season 5 has ended and the top 24 contestants have been put through the skill test. Wondering why the headline reads brings back memories?
MCZ expected you to wonder the skill test given to the contestants is a replica of the skill test in the first season of Knorr Taste Quest the contestants then, where asked to finely chop scoth bonnet peppers.

This time around, the contestants were presented with heaps of scoth bonnet peppers and coconut for the skill test. They were expected to finely chop the peppers and grate the coconut in 20minutes.
The judges (Dr. Robert and Chef Fregz) tested them for their “skills, ability to keep area clean and their presentation” but there was a twist! Every contestant chopped peppers and grated coconut was weighed to determine the quantity.
