Highlights of the GTBank Food and Drink Fair 2018 Day 3.

GTBank Food and Drink Fair one of Nigeria’s biggest food event that unites food enthusiasts, foodpreneurs, and eminent members of the food industry (i.e Chefs).

There was a large influx of people at the event which held at the Landmark event center Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Today, May 1st, 2018 been the final day for the event featured so many exhibitions, food and drinks

not excluding the Chefs who had their Masterclasses. Today’s Fair featured Chef Siba Mtongana, Chef Elizabeth Solaru, Chef Raphael Duntoye and Mixologist Tony Conigliaro.

Chef Siba Mtongana, was first to gear foodlovers into the Masterclass for the day she started her Masterclass 1:00pm (Nigerian time) it was Sibalicious has everyone expected it to be. She was willing to hear from the attendees of her Masterclass and she shared lots of tips with them.

Tips:

Pastry Chef Elizabeth Solaru was next her class started at 2:00pm. The main attraction of her Masterclass was the edifice “cake” displayed during her Masterclass she spoke on how to make great wedding cakes.

Chef Raphael Duntoye gave foodies an intriguing masterclass many had a swell time in his class he made delicacies and also spoke on how to build a successful culinary career.

He was assisted by sous chef, Chef Filippo and Chef Adeniyi Williams.

Advice:

Tony Conigliaro was on standby to take foodlovers into the world of mixology he shared tips on how to become a master in mixology.

Gtbank Food and Drink Fair was indeed about promoting enterprise!!!
