Founder of Grubsmagazine and Grubskitchen, Brenda Njemanze is the first week winner of Dark Side Cook Off Competition.
It is a cooking competition influenced by the Dark Side Series created by the founder of Reddish Chronicles Culinary School, Chef Stone whereby, he is expected to give a recipe for 365days.
Those who participated in the cook off competition were given opportunity to recreate any of the dishes and recipes featured in the Dark Side Series. Brenda on the other hand, recreated Chef stone’s “Surf ‘n’ dodo” recipe.
For Brenda to have emerged has this weeks winner, she has won herself Chef Stone’s gift box a box that contains; “Books, Secret Spices, Spices and apparel”.
