The much awaited and anticipated Culinary TV show is going to hit your airwaves this August. The urban kitchen show is basically, a TV cooking show whereby the major aim is to make food fun and affordable!. Where the host Chef Imoteda
“explores the negotiation strengths of
randomly selected Nigerian chefs”. The urban kitchen is a 30 minutes show on TV and on YouTube. It is expected to start airing across Nigeria, USA and Europe on the 4th of August, 2017. (More details below)

However, according to Urban Kitchen Show, “ on each episode, the chef is being put under some financial pressure. Hence , gets to negotiate his/her budget with Imoteda but not every Chef get to see Imoteda’s favour on this.
To ensure these chefs spend the approved budget we get to document the chef in the market negotiating the purchase of ingredients for the meal of the day. The meal prepared will be reviewed by a Top Nigerian Celebrity with good cooking culture. The appearance of the celebrity comes as a surprise to the cook. This will create room for the cook to meet with their favourite celebrities. “
The most anticipated show is fully loaded with great and quality television contents as well as some sumptuous African meals and recipes why not join on this culinary adventure in learning how to make healthy and sumptuous meals at a very reasonable budget in the most entertaining way.
The TV show will air on 10 TV stations outside Lagos. I.e NTA AKURE (SUN 5:30pm), KWARA TV(SUN 12:30), EBS BENIN(SUN 4:00pm), CRBS (SAT 5:00pm), BCOS (SUN 12:30pm), NTA KANO (SUN 6:30pm), NTA KADUNA (SAT 6:00pm), STV ABUJA (SAT 4:30pm), STV JOS (FRI 5:30pm), STV PORTHARCOURT(SUN 6:00pm).
